Candlelit Cellar Supper
Six courses in the vaulted cellar, paired with rare Burgundy from the ledger.
About the evening
Once a season we carry the candelabra down into the cellar and set a single table of twenty-two between the racks. Chef Margot cooks six courses around a handful of bottles our sommelier has been saving.
Expect hand-written place cards, a short talk from the cellar master and a nightcap of 20-year tawny by the old coal chute. Smart dress; the cellar stays at 14°C, so bring a layer.

- Dietary needs can be accommodated with 72 hours’ notice.
